Job summary

King & George is seeking a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Operator at the Pittsburgh Air Reserve Station in Coraopolis, PA. The role supports maintenance planning, dispatch, reporting, and customer communications as the CMMS primary system of record.

Responsibilities include managing work orders in NexGen IT, maintaining asset and schedule data, and coordinating with planners, craftsmen, and management to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Certification in Maintenance Management, Maintenance Work Management or equivalent.
• Excellent MEP and CAFM reading skills, strong knowledge of basic facility equipment, and a background in facilities or maintenance management.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and close work orders and equipment/task entries.
• Coordinate with managers, craftsmen, planners and schedulers on data accuracy and resources.
• Record service requests, dispatch instructions and customer follow-up.
• Analyze CMMS information and produce work status and performance reports.
• Maintain asset, work-order, schedule and completion data in NexGen IT.
