Job summary

SP+ is a leading parking and mobility services company with a vast network across North America. The Senior Facility Manager will lead operations, drive client satisfaction and manage budgets and procurement for a high-traffic location. You will hire and train staff, ensure security and cash controls, and optimize revenue while maintaining safety standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, cost control, and strong communication with clients and teams to deliver top-tier service at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience leading, managing and motivating teams.
• Strong customer service skills and focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task or work independently.
• Experience developing budgets and P&L reviews is a plus.
• Parking management experience preferred but not required.
• License: Valid state driver’s license with current address and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premier customer service to clients.
• Hire, train and equip frontline staff with tools to succeed.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development and expense reviews.
• Oversee audits, cash control and procurement needs.
• Identify staffing levels and supervise performance.
