Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a Senior Facility Manager in Minneapolis to lead daily parking operations, drive revenue, and manage budgets with a client-focused approach. You will recruit, train, and supervise frontline teams while upholding safety, policy compliance, and top-tier customer service across multiple sites.

The role emphasizes budgeting, vendor relations, and audits, with a strong emphasis on safety and process improvement. Salary ranges reflect market norms for the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading and motivating teams.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Ability to react and problem solve quickly.
• Ability to understand and communicate company policies and procedures.
• Experience with budgets and P&L review is a plus.
• Parking management experience is preferred but not required.
• Must possess a valid state-issued driver''s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premier customer service to clients.
• Hire ideal frontline employees and provide training and tools to succeed.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development, facility marketing, cash control procedures and expense reviews.
• Identify proper staffing levels, hire, develop and train a team of employees to deliver superior customer service and perform daily functions.
• Supervise employee performance and provide additional training or disciplinary measures as necessary.
• Pro-active communication with client regarding opportunities to improve operations.
• Resolve client requests, concerns and issues diplomatically.
• Monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness and make recommendations to improve aesthetics.
• Assist in recommendations to maximize revenues, including parking rate studies and prepaid parking services.
• Monitor and review damage claims and implement plans to improve safety and compliance with OSHA laws.
