Job summary

SP+ seeks an experienced operations manager to oversee daily parking operations, audits, and SOX-related controls across assigned accounts. You will drive revenue reporting, budgeting, staff development, and client satisfaction while ensuring safety standards and regulatory compliance.

You will lead a team of attendants, cashiers, bookkeepers, and maintenance personnel, foster client relationships, and push initiatives to maximize revenue and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience leading, managing and motivating a team.
• Strong customer service skills and focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task or work independently and solve problems quickly.
• Ability to understand and communicate company policies and procedures.
• Experience budgeting and P&L review is a plus.
• Parking management experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue reporting and budget management aligned with client goals and company standards.
• Identify staffing needs and supervise a team to deliver high-quality service.
• Maintain proactive client communication and resolve issues promptly.
• Support marketing initiatives and revenue optimization efforts.
• Ensure safety, OSHA compliance and risk management across operations.
