SP+ is seeking a senior operations leader in Fort Lauderdale to drive client satisfaction and financial performance across parking facilities. You will recruit and develop a diverse team, manage staffing to meet service levels, and enforce cash control, security, and safety standards.

The role emphasizes budgeting, vendor management, and daily operations oversight to ensure a superior customer experience and profitable performance.

• Demonstrates ability to lead, manage and motivate a diverse group of team members.

• Prior experience developing budgets and P&L review a plus.
• Ability to react and problem-solve quickly.
• Experience using various computer applications/systems (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to learn internal computer programs.

• Maximize profitability through revenue development, facility marketing, cash control procedures, expense reviews, and managing the operation’s budget.
• Identify all procurement and vendor service needs of the location.
• Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
• Monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness standards.
• Monitor and review all damage claims.Recommend and implement plans or programs to improve the safety of operations to prevent the occurrence or reoccurrence ofsimilar claims.
• Implement all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all OSHA laws.
