Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is hiring a Sr. Facility Maintenance Technician for a 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7am–3:30pm) at a cGMP medical device site.

You will operate, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing and facility equipment, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure documentation adheres to GMP/OSHA standards. Main duties include supporting new equipment SOPs, on-call emergencies, and applying problem-solving skills to critical utility systems like WFI, clean steam, hot water, and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years work experience in facility equipment maintenance in medical device or pharma industries.
• Knowledge of WFI water systems, clean steam, hot water, compressed air and related utilities.
• Ability to read PID drawings and electrical schematics.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and on emergency standby schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair process and facility equipment.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance per cGMPs and OSHA regulations.
• Document activities following good manufacturing practices.
• Support purchasing and implementation of new equipment and SOP revisions.
