Job summary

Integra LifeSciences in the United States is seeking a Facilities Engineering Technician II to support manufacturing equipment and facility systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and participate in CAPA-driven improvements to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in industrial maintenance, PLC-related experience, and a strong focus on documentation and equipment reliability.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and troubleshooting methodologies.
Working knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment, sensors, motors, drives, HMIs, and automation systems.
Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and GMP environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment per procedures.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electro-mechanical systems.
Diagnose equipment failures and determine corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Support production operations by responding to breakdowns and maintenance requests.
Document maintenance activities in the CMMS.
Assist with validation, qualification, and commissioning of new equipment.
Adhere to GMP, safety, and environmental requirements.
Maintain equipment records and calibration logs.
