Job summary

Integra LifeSciences operates a regulated medical device manufacturing environment at the Braintree site, where a Lead Facilities Maintenance Technician coordinates maintenance activities, ensures cGMP compliance with FDA and ISO 13485, and leads a team of technicians and contractors.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, plus overseeing CMMS, safety programs, audits, and vendor coordination to keep facilities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• 8–10+ years facilities maintenance experience with leadership roles.
• MA Wastewater License required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate maintenance technicians and contractors.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Manage CMMS for work orders and asset documentation.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and participate in audits.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance and repairs.
