Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking a Senior Equipment Maintenance Technician to sustain and support manufacturing process machinery in a fast-paced pharma/medical device environment. You will diagnose, repair, calibrate and test equipment, interpret PLC logic, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The role requires three years’ experience in electronic or electromechanical roles, knowledge of PLC systems and preventive maintenance, and the ability to read diagrams and manuals.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience as Electronic Technician or certified industrial mechanic in pharma or medical device industry.
• Knowledge in electronics, instrumentation and PLC systems; able to read schematics and manuals.
• Ability to work in a high-automation plant and perform preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support manufacturing process machinery; perform tests, calibrations and repairs.
• Dismantle and repair devices; troubleshoot control systems and replace faulty parts.
• Ensure safety and environmental procedures; assist in installation and upgrades as needed.
• Willing to work third shift, extended hours, weekends or holidays as required.
