Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking a Sr. Facility Maintenance Technician for our cGMP medical device manufacturing plant in Plainsboro, NJ.

This 1st shift role (7:00 am–3:30 pm) focuses on operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems across manufacturing and utility equipment. You will perform Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, document per cGMPs, OSHA and regulations, and provide on-call technical support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years work experience in facility equipment maintenance.
• Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industries preferred.
• Knowledge of WFI water, clean steam, hot water, and compressed air systems.
• Ability to read PID drawings and electrical schematics.
• Willing to be on emergency standby and overtime.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair processes per cGMP, OSHA, and regulations.
• Maintain documentation following Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Provide on-call emergency technical support as required.
• Assist in purchasing and implementation of new equipment.
