Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking a Senior Equipment Maintenance Technician to maintain and support manufacturing process machinery in a 3rd shift role (10pm–6:30am, Tue–Sun). The job involves diagnostics, repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment upgrades across packaging, molding presses, and HVAC-related systems.

Qualified candidates will have a technical school background in electronics or electromechanical fields, 3 years in pharma/medical devices, and experience with PLCs,

Qualifications

• Technical School graduate in electronics or electromechanical field.
• Three (3) year experience as Electronic Technician or certified industrial mechanic in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Industry.
• Knowledge in electronic and instrumentation techniques.
• General Knowledge in Allen Bradley, Siemens, GE, Omron and/or Hitachi PLC system.
• Knowledge in Preventive maintenance software (Maximo or Oracle).
• Knowledge in Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems, pumps and motors
• Knowledge in HVAC or refrigeration systems (desirable).
• Basic knowledge of computers system and software (Microsoft Office, SCADA software and Internet).
• Ability to work under unusual working environment such as noise, grease, and awkward positions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support manufacturing process machinery and equipment.
• Perform tests, calibrations, repairs or replacements to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Interpret diagnostic and repair control systems and troubleshoot operation problems.
• Dismantle and repair devices to access defective parts using hand and power tools.
• Conduct preventive/predictive maintenance on equipment and machines.
• Assist in installation of new production equipment and tooling.
• Maintain workshop organized and stock spare parts properly.
