Job summary

Integra LifeSciences in Plainsboro, NJ is seeking a Sr. Facility Maintenance Technician for a 1st shift role (Mon-Fri, 7:00 am–3:30 pm) to operate, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing and utility equipment in a cGMP medical device facility.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance and maintain documentation per GMP standards. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in facility equipment maintenance, knowledge of WFI systems, clean steam, hot water, and air systems, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of work experience in facility equipment maintenance, preferably in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
• Knowledge of WFI water system operation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with clean steam, hot water, compressed air, and electrical/mechanical/pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and document work following cGMP and OSHA regulations.
• Provide on-call emergency technical support as required and assist with new equipment SOP revisions.
