Job summary

Integra LifeSciences seeks a Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain and optimize both facility systems and production equipment in a regulated medical device environment, including ISO-classified cleanrooms, ensuring GMP compliance.

The role leads maintenance activities, collaborates with Engineering, Production, Quality, and EHS, and mentors junior technicians while minimizing downtime and improving reliability at the Braintree, MA site.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of facilities and/or production equipment maintenance in a regulated environment.
• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech settings.
• Hands‑on experience in cleanrooms (ISO 7/8 or better).

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility systems including HVAC, cleanroom AHUs, HEPA filtration, and building automation.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on manufacturing and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control issues affecting production lines.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality and EHS to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Support equipment qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) and revalidation as needed.
• Ensure GMP/compliance and proper maintenance documentation.
• Participate in change control and validation processes.
• Mentor junior technicians and coordinate work across teams.
