Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of facilities maintenance experience, including leadership or lead role experience.
• MA Wastewater License
• Technical certification or associate degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate maintenance technicians and contractors; assign work orders and prioritize tasks.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BAS/BMS, compressed air, and building infrastructure; troubleshoot complex issues.
• Manage CMMS for work orders, preventive maintenance scheduling and asset documentation; maintain records.
• Ensure safety/compliance with OSHA/local regulations; participate in audits and regulatory readiness (fire/emergency systems).
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors; assist in vendor selection and performance evaluation; support capital projects and budgeting.
