Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of experience and education considered in lieu of degree
• Experience leading staffing, training, coaching, and performance management
• Ability to communicate sensitive information and motivate a team

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Basic math for financial calculations

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; track training and development; conduct evaluations and coaching
• Coordinate and manage team daily activities; set schedules and deadlines
• Oversee facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors
• Maintain client relationships and resolve facility issues in meetings
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports
• Perform facility inspections and implement efficiencies and upgrades
• Develop environmental health and safety procedures for facilities
• Oversee vendor relationships and procurement processes; approve purchase orders
• Apply broad business knowledge to achieve team objectives
• Lead by example in line with CBRE values
