Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, track training and development, conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, set schedules, assign tasks, and mentor staff.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain relationships with clients and lead meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
