Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Facility Management certification preferred.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, and performance measures.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive information and set performance expectations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and oversee training and performance evaluations.
• Schedule daily activities, assign tasks, and manage deadlines across the team.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and address facility issues in meetings.
• Prepare capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Ensure safety compliance and oversee environmental health practices.
• Review vendor quotes and manage procurement of parts and labor.
• Lead process training on maintenance, repairs and safety best practices.
