The position emphasizes supervision, budgeting, vendor management, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 3–5 years of relevant experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Facility Management certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; oversee training, evaluations and coaching.
• Schedule and manage team activities; set schedules and deadlines; mentor staff.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections and identify operational improvements.
