Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Sr. Manager to oversee building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio. You will supervise staff, coordinate repairs, manage budgets, and lead capital projects while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education considered.
• Valid driver's license required; Facility Management certification preferred.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; track training and development; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; establish schedules and cross-train staff.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage large capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections; suggest efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities.
• Create environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
• Develop vendor relationships; oversee invoicing and purchase orders.
• Apply broad knowledge to achieve team objectives; lead by example with CBRE RISE values.
• Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
