Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in an administrative or tenant services capacity
• Experience with data entry, reporting, filing, answering phones, scheduling and communications
• Customer service experience preferred
• Prior experience in facilities/property management or commercial real estate is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide general facility management services including monitoring of office/facility
• Address client inquiries ensuring timely resolution and service delivery
• Coordinate with outside contractors for service and repairs
• Create, update, and track work orders for engineering staff, vendors and contractors
• Maintain communication with client, landlords and vendors to resolve issues and provide status updates
• Train vendors on work order and billing procedures
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with safety procedures
