Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Facilities Coordinator to support the facility management team across hybrid or remote settings. You will assist with operation, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs for commercial buildings and maintain open communication with clients, landlords, and vendors.

The role emphasizes coordinating with contractors, handling work orders, and ensuring high-quality service with timely issue resolution. Relevant experience in facilities or CRE is preferred.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in an administrative or tenant services capacity.
• Experience with data entry, expansive reporting, filing, answering phones, scheduling and communications.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Prior experience in facilities/property management, CRE or professional services industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general facility management services including monitoring of office/facility operations.
• Address client inquiries and ensure timely quality issue resolution and service delivery.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for service and repairs of equipment.
• Create and document written communication between all parties.
• Schedule and document maintenance and repairs on building equipment.
• Provide facilities helpdesk services and monitor workflow for facilities cases.
