Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Sr. Facilities Analyst to own operations for 15–20 retail banking locations in the Milwaukee area, with a remote work environment and regular local travel.

You’ll coordinate repairs, inspect sites, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance and strong vendor management. Required 2–5 years of experience, CMMS proficiency, and solid MS Office skills; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 2–5 years of relevant experience requested.
• Experience solving moderately complex problems and applying precedents.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and performance.
• Proficient in CMMS and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance with vendors and contractors.
• Perform site walks and quarterly facility inspections.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and recommend improvements.
• Travel locally up to 50% to support 15–20 locations.
• Manage vendor relationships and invoicing for service quality and cost control.
• Create and manage purchase orders and support budget planning.
