Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience using a CMMS to manage work orders.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and performance.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and make informed decisions.
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance with vendors and contractors.
• Conduct regular site walks and quarterly facility inspections.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and recommend improvements.
• Travel locally up to 50% to support 15-20 banking locations.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee invoicing procedures.
