Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Sr. Analyst in Ohio to manage advanced facilities work within a healthcare portfolio. The role supports Facility Managers with repairs and investment plans, and requires CMMS experience, strong MS Office skills, and a proactive, analytical mindset.

The position involves collaboration with trades, front-line clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery and adherence to CBRE RISE values. Occasional travel to VA/out-of-state may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Experienced with CMMS systems and workorder management.
• Understanding of procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply judgment and precedent.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

Responsibilities

• Support data analysis of the workorder system including SI7 and facility project support with new initiatives including trainings.
• Serve as point of contact for front-line clients on various requests.
• Coordinate with trades personnel on maintenance tasks, corrective and preventative work.
• Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques to accomplish tasks and solve routine problems.
• Maintain a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example and model behaviors aligned with CBRE's values and help reach agreements.
• Impact the quality of own work and the work of team members.
• Work primarily within standardized procedures to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
