Job summary

JLL Lexington, KY is seeking a Sr. Facilities Manager to lead facility operations and serve as the primary contact for the IFM Director. You will manage plant operations, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and staff development to ensure high-quality facility services.

The role requires 5+ years in facility management or related fields, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with CMMS and MS Office tools. On-site work with a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision.
• Managerial experience with budget and personnel responsibilities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in matrixed organizations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Utility Plant and Maintenance team and ensure programs run efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with the Master Services Agreement (MSA) and amendments.
• Manage facility operations spend within approved budgets.
• Track KPI/SLA performance and propose corrective actions.
• Oversee maintenance, projects, and vendor activities for critical operations.
• Ensure staff are trained and maintain a safe work environment.
• Ensure building systems comply with regulatory requirements.
• Perform additional duties as requested.
