Job summary

JLL in the United States is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the operation of multiple properties and teams. You will coordinate maintenance, vendor management, and client relations to deliver reliable services and optimize performance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years in facilities, building systems knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office and CMMS tools. This on-site position offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industry experience in corporate, service provider, or consulting roles.
• General knowledge of building mechanical and electrical systems.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and maintenance of facility electrical, mechanical, structural, and life safety across a dispersed regional portfolio.
• Maintain client satisfaction and positive relationships; support client programs.
• Ensure contract/compliance and monitor KPIs and SLAs with vendors.
• Partner with Client to oversee portfolio timely maintenance.
• Collaborate within regional team to drive account success.
• Manage work orders for maintenance and vendors.
• Enforce company policies and safety training.
• Implement and monitor hazard control and safety practices; ensure local codes compliance.
• Support Client in short and long-term projects.
• Support Client processes to reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual on-site inspections.
