JLL is seeking a Regional Properties Director to lead the development and execution of the facilities management strategy across multiple sites. You will drive operational excellence, deliver strong client experiences, and oversee budgets, vendor management, and regulatory compliance.

The role demands 15+ years in projects or maintenance and operations, deep knowledge of IFM budgeting, and proven leadership to guide complex teams across locations.

Competenze

• Minimum 15 years of experience in projects or maintenance and operations.
• Strong IFM operational budgeting skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents.
• Experience in contract administration.
• Knowledge of engineering and preventive maintenance.
• Understanding of quality assurance, change control, and regulatory audits.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership presence and ability to motivate others; strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
