Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Facility Manager to lead operational excellence at commercial and industrial facilities in Phoenix, AZ. You will oversee all building systems, manage capital projects, and lead a team of facility professionals to ensure regulatory compliance and optimal performance.

You will drive maintenance strategies, manage budgets, and collaborate with vendors and leadership to deliver results across multiple sites. A strong background in manufacturing settings and CMMS is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management or equivalent
• 8+ years of facilities management experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Experience managing capital projects and maintenance programs
• Vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget management
• Advanced knowledge of building systems and CMMS usage
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Excel and presenting to executives
• Valid driver's license and travel between sites required

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of manufacturing facilities with responsibility for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting and security
• Manage work orders in CMMS and maintain preventative maintenance programs
• Analyze maintenance data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
• Prepare and manage facility budgets, variances, capital budgets, and expenses
• Identify, qualify, and manage relationships with national and regional vendors; negotiate contracts and monitor performance
• Plan, schedule and execute capital projects and renovations within scope and budget
• Lead and develop the facilities team with career development and compensation planning
