• 5+ years in facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision.
• Managerial experience with budgets and personnel responsibilities.
• Strong organizational skills in matrixed organizations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint; CMMS experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise plant operations team and ensure maintenance, safety, and regulatory programs run efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with Master Services Agreement and applicable regulations.
• Monitor budgets and track facility spend against plans.
• Oversee vendor performance and critical operations support.
• Maintain safe work environment and staff training on procedures.
