Job summary

JLL, a leading real estate services firm, seeks a Senior Facility Manager to lead operations at our manufacturing facilities. You will oversee building systems, safety, and efficiency, coordinating with leadership and vendors to deliver reliable performance.

You will drive maintenance strategy, manage capital projects, and mentor a team of FM professionals, ensuring compliance and budget adherence while enhancing facility value for the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Facility Management or related field.
• 8+ years of facilities management experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Experience leading capital projects and maintenance programs.
• Proven vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget oversight.
• Advanced knowledge of building systems and CMMS usage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical and relationship skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and facility management software; ability to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of manufacturing facilities and building systems.
• Manage CMMS, work orders, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Prepare budgets, track variances, and oversee capital budgets and expenses.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery.
• Plan and execute Capital projects with minimal production disruption.
• Develop and coach a team of facility management professionals.
