Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities management experience, preferably multi-site.
• Experience leading remote or field-based employees across locations.
• Proven success managing vendors, service contracts and budgets.
• Strong project management skills and hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a distributed facilities team across multiple sites.
• Oversee maintenance and repair needs across locations.
• Manage and negotiate regional and national vendor contracts and PM programs.
• Oversee capital projects and budgets for equipment and building systems.
• Monitor maintenance trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain facilities reporting and work-order systems.
• Partner with internal teams, landlords, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Travel to locations as business needs require (up to 25%).
