Job summary

ICF is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead multi-site operations, oversee maintenance and renovations, and coordinate with landlords, vendors, and internal teams. You will ensure safety, compliance, and reliable workplace performance across regional offices in the Northeast Mid-Atlantic.

The role requires a strong background in building systems, HVAC, and facilities operations, with excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of related facilities management experience or transferrable skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Multi-site regional support: Support ICF Northeast Mid-Atlantic (NEMA) locations, in partnership with local management to promote consistency, coordination, and operational alignment.
• Project Coordination: Manage facility improvement projects, expansion and right sizing renovations, space planning initiatives, including occupancy and surrender processes.
• Facility operations: Oversee daily readiness, functionality, and overall condition of facilities, including HVAC, security, health and safety, meeting coordination and other duties as assigned.
• Facilities Partner: Support Facilities initiatives, fostering collaboration across ICF lines of business and operations teams to drive unified outcomes.
• Maintenance and repairs: Plan, coordinate, and track routine preventive maintenance and urgent repairs to minimize business disruption.
• Vendor management: Manage service contracts, negotiate terms, monitor vendor performance, and oversee third-party providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Landlord and property management relations: Serve as the primary liaison with building owners and property management teams to resolve facility issues and coordinate improvements.
• Compliance and safety: Help ensure workplaces meet applicable local safety, fire, and health regulations.
• Work Schedule: Hybrid – onsite 3 days per week; 365/24/7 on call as needed.
