CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Sr. Manager to oversee operations for a portfolio of 17 client sites totaling about 5.9 million square feet across the NE region. The role requires leadership of a large staff, on-call duties, and travel by car to sites as needed.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in facilities management, a valid driver’s license, and strong skills in budgeting, vendor management, and process improvements. Degree preferred; FM certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years relevant experience in facilities management.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Facility Management certification preferred.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance.

Responsabilités

• Provide formal supervision to employees; oversee performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage team daily activities and schedules.
• Oversee facility repairs and maintenance with technicians and contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects and operating budgets.
• Perform facility inspections and implement efficiencies and upgrades.
• Develop environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes.
