Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in facilities or commercial real estate portfolio management.
• Experience supporting capital projects or multi-site facilities operations environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration across teams and vendors.
• Strong planning, organization, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Autodesk CAD experience for space planning preferred.
• Knowledge of budget planning and tracking preferred.
• Experience in the professional services industry is preferred.
• General knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical) and reading floor plans.
• Familiarity with scheduling or project tracking tools (Microsoft Project) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of real estate activities, including lease reviews and budget tracking.
• Serve as a key point of contact for vendors, managing office equipment and service relationships.
• Maintain and enhance facilities policies, procedures, and operational documentation.
• Track and report on facilities metrics, budgets, and operation performance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and drive cost savings.
• Support company-wide efforts such as M&A integration and sustainability programs.
