Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalency; trade school preferred.
• Apprenticeship level understanding of most trades is a plus.
• Experience with facilities management and maintenance of commercial/healthcare sites is required.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Facilities Manager with tactical planning for annual goals, objectives, and KPIs.
• Support critical requests or tasks from local market leadership.
• Provide admin support for schedule management and budget trackers (Excel/Smartsheet/Procore/MS Project).
• Ensure follow-up with end users, onsite leadership, and vendors.
• Direct vendors and market staff to ensure quality work order resolution.
• Coordinate facility preparation including supply orders, equipment training, clinic setup, and vendor identification.
• Support small project management, budget, and proposals for projects under $250,000.
