Job summary

JLL is seeking a Regional Engineering Manager for Portfolio & Facilities Management in the United States. This role oversees hard and soft services across 20-30 locations, coordinating maintenance, safety, and efficiency while leading technical guidance without direct reports.

The position emphasizes budget management, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with property managers and clients.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• 7-10 years facilities/building engineering experience in Office and Retail environments.
• Multisite operational coordination experience.
• Demonstrated technical expertise across building systems.
• Experience mentoring or training others (formal or informal).
• Hard and soft services management background.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily hard services across 20-30 locations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, building automation).
• Oversee soft services delivery (janitorial, landscaping, pest control, waste, reception).
• Manage vendor relationships, track budgets and invoices, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor maintenance scheduling, site inspections, and service quality across locations.
• Lead technical forums and share best practices across the portfolio.
