Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee building operations and a team responsible for maintenance across a portfolio of small to mid-sized facilities. You will guide staff, manage capital projects and budgets, and ensure safety and client satisfaction.

You will coordinate repairs, oversee vendor relations, and promote CBRE RISE values while driving operational excellence and efficiency across properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience. Valid driver’s license required.
• Facility management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and oversee recruiting and hiring.
• Schedule and manage team activities; set deadlines and mentor staff.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with vendors and technicians.
• Maintain client relationships and conduct meetings on facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects and operating budgets.
• Perform inspections for QA and suggest improvements.
• Oversee environmental health and safety procedures.
• Review price quotes and manage procurement for projects.
• Lead training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices.
• Model CBRE RISE values and influence stakeholders to reach agreements.
