Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Facilities Manager to oversee a campus or portfolio of client facilities, leading a facilities team and managing budgets, contracts, and data reporting.

The role involves external client interaction and internal collaboration with the IFM platform and account leadership. The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years of facility management experience, including supervisory responsibilities, and a background in real estate operations, engineering, and HR processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years of facility management experience with at least 3 years at the level of Facility Manager
• Experience in leasing, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation and building management
• Experience with human resource and performance management processes
• Experience with critical system environments preferred
• CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of facilities, high rise or campus ensuring services are delivered and needs are met
• Manage service contracts cost effectively and ensure contract pricing alignment
• Lead the facility management team in supervision of maintenance programs
• Ensure timely responses to client and tenant requests
• Conduct ongoing contract reviews to meet client and owner needs
• Prepare and review budgets, financial reports, contracts, expenditures
• Develop annual facility budgets, forecasts, and business plans
• Assist in capital budgets and five-year maintenance plans
• Coordinate data analysis and reporting on work orders and cost savings
• Oversee hiring, training and performance evaluations of staff
• Build strong customer relationships with client contacts
• Drive best practices and use of tools for operational excellence
• Ensure insurance compliance for tenants and vendors
