Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee multiple facilities or campuses, ensuring high-quality service delivery, safety, and operational efficiency. The role includes leadership of the facilities team, budget management, and coordination with vendors and the client.

The Senior Facilities Manager will drive best practices, monitor KPI performance, and lead initiatives for cost control, capital planning, and continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years of facility management experience.
• At least 3 years at the level of Facility Manager.
• Experience in leasing, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation and building management.
• Experience with human resource and performance management processes.
• CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of facilities, high rise or campus, ensuring services are delivered.
• Manage service contracts cost effectively and review performance/finances.
• Lead the facility management team in supervision of maintenance programs.
• Ensure prompt responses to client and tenant requests.
• Develop and explain annual facility budgets, forecasts, and plans.
• Coordinate data analysis and reporting on budgets, costs, and KPIs.
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations of staff.
• Maintain strong client relationships and drive operational excellence.
