Job summary

Real Capital Solutions Inc. is seeking a Senior Asset Manager based in Atlanta to lead a portfolio of office properties across the Southeast. The role focuses on maximizing returns through leasing, operations, and financing strategies, with heavy interaction with lenders and investors.

You will manage third-party relationships, analyze leases, coordinate budgets, and prepare quarterly updates for ownership while driving high standards of performance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field
• Minimum 8+ years of experience as an asset or portfolio manager in office properties
• Understanding of CRE structures, models and metrics
• Knowledge of the Atlanta office market a plus
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Argus a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Hire and manage 3rd party relationships for property leasing and management
• Review and approve all 3rd party vendor contracts and leases
• Analyze, negotiate and approve new and renewal leases
• Set long- and short-term goals to maximize investment returns
• Track occupancy, cash flow, expenses and capital items for performance
• Prepare quarterly investor reports and semi-annual advisory summaries
• Assist acquisitions with underwriting key leasing assumptions
• Coordinate financing/refinancing processes and lender communications
• Develop annual property budgets and review variances with Ownership
