Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Westlake, TX is seeking a Sr. Facilities Coordinator to support the facility management team in delivering services for the client site.

You will handle inquiries, coordinate with contractors, create and track work orders, and monitor building systems to ensure seamless operations. The role emphasizes collaboration with clients, landlords, and vendors, while guiding maintenance activities, reviewing invoices, and reporting on performance against SLAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associates or Bachelors degree in facilities management, building, business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general facility management services including monitoring of office/facility operations.
• Address client inquiries and concerns ensuring timely issue resolution and service delivery.
• Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for service and repairs of equipment.
• Maintain communication with contractors, client, and team.
• Create and assign work orders to engineering staff, subcontractors and vendors.
• Verify final invoice pricing and process payments in a timely manner.
• Assist in monitoring and assessment of vendor performance.
• Manage complex work orders such as environmental issues and disaster recovery.
• Provide facilities helpdesk services and monitor workflow for quality of service.
• Schedule and document maintenance and repairs on building equipment.
