Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Facilities Coordinator to support facility management for client properties. This hybrid/remote role involves assisting the facility management team with service delivery, coordination with vendors, and thorough communication across clients and contractors.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in admin/tenant services and familiarity with building systems, safety procedures, and reporting. A degree in facilities management or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in an administrative or tenant services capacity.
• Experience with data entry, reporting, filing, answering phones, scheduling and communications.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Prior experience in facilities/property management, CRE, or professional services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general facility management services including continuous monitoring of office facilities.
• Address client inquiries and ensure timely issue resolution and service delivery.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for service and repairs of equipment.
• Create and manage work orders; assign to engineering staff, subcontractors and vendors.
• Monitor and report on open/closed work orders and check status with the assigned party.
• Train vendors on work order and billing procedures.
• Manage complex work orders such as environmental issues and disaster recovery.
• Communicate with client, landlords and vendors to resolve issues and provide project status updates.
