You will mentor staff, oversee fieldwork, and coordinate budgets, change orders, and proposals while collaborating with architects, engineers, and owners across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Architecture (NCARB) or related field.
• 5+ years of experience conducting property/facility condition assessments.
• Ability to walk properties and climb stairs and ladders.

Responsibilities

• Source and acquire work and provide technical leadership for facilities assessment projects.
• Lead project meetings, review reports, and provide final sign-off.
• Oversee FCA/CCA field work and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
