Job summary

ECS Group of Companies seeks a Facilities Assessment Senior Project Associate to join our Southeast Building Science + Infrastructure team in Raleigh, NC. You will provide technical leadership, manage facilities assessment projects, and engage with clients and project teams to deliver high-quality consulting solutions.

You will mentor junior staff, oversee reports, coordinate field work, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience in facilities assessment or building science.
• Licensure or certifications may be required depending on the type of work performed.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and project management for facilities assessment projects.
• Lead client meetings and present findings and conclusions.
• Oversee preparation and review of reports; sign off when approved.
• Direct field work with staff and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate project teams to ensure quality.
• Maintain knowledge of building systems and applicable standards.
