ECS Group of Companies in Raleigh, NC seeks a Facilities Assessment Principal to lead the Southeast Building Science & Infrastructure team. You will guide projects, perform PCA/FCA evaluations, and mentor staff while shaping capital planning and asset management strategies.

This client-facing role demands strong leadership, advanced building system knowledge, and collaboration with architects, engineers, and owners to deliver data-driven recommendations and high-quality deliverables.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture (NCARB).
• 12+ years of facilities assessments, property condition assessments, capital planning, or related consulting services.
• Licensed or certified: P.E. or RA.

Aufgaben

• Lead facilities assessment consulting projects and act as senior technical expert.
• Perform PCA, FCA, and capital planning evaluations.
• Provide technical leadership and peer review of reports and field work.
• Oversee project budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Mentor junior staff and Associates Principals.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and pursue new opportunities.
