Job summary

ECS Group of Companies is seeking a Facilities Assessment Senior Project Associate to join its Southeast Building Science + Infrastructure team in Nashville, TN. You will provide technical leadership and project management for facilities assessment projects, engaging clients and coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Licensure or certifications may be required depending on the type of work performed.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for facilities assessment projects and manage client-facing engagements.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate project meetings to resolve technical/administrative issues.
• Prepare and review reports; interpret test results and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead client meetings to discuss findings and conclusions and ensure final sign-off on deliverables.
• Oversee field teams and multiple projects, managing budgets, change orders, and schedules.
