Job summary

CBRE in Lemont, IL seeks a Senior Manager for Account Management to lead a multi-purpose facility including data center space, office environment, conference facilities, and amenities. You will lead the on-site team, ensure contractual commitments, and drive a high-performance culture.

You will manage governance, budgeting, reporting, vendor contracts, and safety. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential; degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience, plus strong MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, measuring, and rewarding performance and retention.
• Ability to lead a team and achieve broad operational targets across multiple disciplines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site Facility Leadership and overall site management.
• Build a high-performance culture and coordinate onsite leadership activities.
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships as the primary liaison.
• Governance: meet contractual commitments, improve methods, and troubleshoot issues.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and standard reporting for the client contract.
• Lead meetings, reporting, and presentations and ensure safe operations.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to fit culture and operational needs.
