Job summary

  • Prepare and manage capital projects and operating budgets.
  • Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Review quotes and oversee procurement for projects.
  • Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
  • Identify and resolve day-to-day facility issues.
