Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, verbal and written.
• Leadership experience and ability to motivate a team.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Ability to manage complex facilities operations and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall Facility Management of the site.
• Build and lead a high-performance onsite leadership team.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationship and serve as the primary conduit.
• Ensure contractual commitments are met; improve processes and address issues.
• Oversee budget, forecasting, reporting, and vendor contracts.
• Lead meetings, reporting, and presentations.
• Promote health, safety and security across the facility.
• Track training and development; oversee recruitment and hiring.
