Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Facilities Operations Manager to direct maintenance staff and safety programs for large facilities. You will ensure contract requirements are fulfilled and drive operational excellence.

You will supervise, schedule, mentor, and evaluate performance; manage vendors; monitor safety and compliance; develop playbooks and plans; and lead capital projects to optimize costs and efficiency. CBRE values integrity, service, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills for developing strategic solutions.
• Ability to lead, coach, mentor, and evaluate performance across the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff; monitor training, performance evaluations, and coaching.
• Coordinate daily activities; set schedules and cross-train team.
• Manage vendor performance and ensure service levels.
• Oversee safety programs and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Develop operational playbooks and account operation plans.
• Lead capital improvement cost evaluations and budgeting.
